1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Escape Quest Miami website, booking our escape rooms, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We understand that plans can change, so we offer the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 24-48 hours will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is available at no additional cost if requested more than 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

3. Arrival and Late Policy

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time for check-in and briefing. Late arrivals may result in reduced game time as we cannot extend into the next group's scheduled time. Groups arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their booking without refund, at our discretion.

4. Age and Supervision Requirements

Different escape rooms have different age recommendations due to their complexity and themes:

  • All participants under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
  • The Zombie Apocalypse room is recommended for ages 13+ due to its intensity and thematic elements.
  • Other rooms are generally suitable for ages 10+, but younger participants may find some puzzles challenging.
  • The supervising adult must remain in the room with minors at all times.

5. Health and Safety

Your safety is our priority. By participating in our escape rooms, you agree to the following:

  • You will follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.
  • You will not attempt to force open any locks or mechanisms.
  • You will not climb on furniture or fixtures not designed for climbing.
  • You acknowledge that individuals with claustrophobia, epilepsy, or certain medical conditions may not be suitable participants.
  • You will inform our staff of any medical concerns before participation.

6. Prohibited Items and Behavior

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, the following are prohibited:

  • Alcohol, drugs, or entering our facilities while intoxicated
  • Food and drinks in the escape rooms
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Photography or video recording inside the escape rooms
  • Disruptive or aggressive behavior
  • Tampering with or damaging equipment or props

Escape Quest Miami reserves the right to refuse service or remove participants who violate these rules without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our escape rooms, including but not limited to puzzles, storylines, designs, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of Escape Quest Miami. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without our express written permission.

8. Liability Waiver

Participation in escape room activities involves inherent risks. By booking and participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to waive any claims against Escape Quest Miami, its owners, employees, and affiliates for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Modifications to Terms

Escape Quest Miami reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
